Reiki is performed in a relaxing space. You will be fully clothed. I will use gentle hand movements to guide the flow of healthy energy through your body to reduce stress and promote healing.

Everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel the effects of Reiki right away, others only after their session. Common feelings include: tingling, warmth, and deep relaxation.

Yes, I do offer virtual sessions. Reiki can be performed from a different physical space or even time frame and still be very powerful.

A typical Reiki Session costs $80 (Virtual Session $40), Usui Reiki Training $280 (not the teacher). I do offer student discounts. This can be discussed via the get-to-know session.
